Is it safe to order online? We make sure all transactions processed
on lollyinvitations.com are safe by using the SSL (Secure Socket
Layer) encryption standard.
Payment Methods
Lolly accepts Visa & MasterCard. Orders of personalized printed
products will begin processing after the clearance of funds.
Order Fulfillment
Fulfillment occurs between 4-6 weeks. Slightly longer during rush
periods. This does NOT include the transit/delivery time for your
order. Requests for rush orders must be pre-approved. Specifying
your shipping method as "Next Day Air" or "2nd Day
Air" will not rush your order nor reduce the order fulfillment
period. If you place an order 2-3 weeks prior to your event date,
please verify if we can fulfill your order in-time.
Personalized Printed Products
All personalized printed products, such as (but not limited to) invitations
and save the date stationery must be paid in full (100%) in order
to begin processing. The client shall be responsible for making
additional payments for changes requested by the client to the
original stationery or stationery order. However, no additional
payment shall be made for changes required to conform to the original
stationery. In the event of cancellation, no refund shall be made.
Refunds can only be issued for defective personalized printed products.
Mistakes overlooked by the client during the proof process does
not deem the product defective. We typically do not accept rush
orders on personalized printed products. If you have a rush order,
please contact us prior to placing the order. Rush orders are subject
to a mininum rush order fee of $25.00.
Return Policy
All items are final sale and non-returnable. Replacements for damaged
goods must take place within 14 days of the original order as well.
If you have any order deficiencies or an incomplete order, please
contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Please check your order completely when you receive it and notify
us immediately of any deficiencies. If you have any order deficiencies

Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated on a per order basis
and is dependent on the shipping method you select, your zip code,
and the weight of your package. USPS is used because it is usually
less expensive.
International Shipping
You may be charged a customs fee by your country's customs for purchases
entering from the US. Fees may vary. Lolly is not responsible for
any international customs fees incurred.
Taxes
Only orders that are shipped to destinations in Hawaii are subject
to a 8% sales tax.
Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical
error in pricing.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason whatsoever.
All products available while supplies last. Price and availability
information is subject to change without notice. All orders subject
to acceptance, verification and confirmation by Lolly.

We at Lolly take your privacy seriously. The information that we
collect from you is for our own use. We do not sell or trade our
customer's information. If at any time, you decide you would no
longer like to receive our email just send an email to info@lollyinvitations.com
with "remove" in the subject and your full name in the
body of the email and we will take you off our list.
